Bike: Greatest London Flat, 23.6 km, elevation gain 163 m, 1 lap, TT bike
Run 2: 5.0 km, any route, treadmill or outside
Time cut off: 3 hours 20 minutes
Send results here: Duathlon.
The shortest time for all 3 disciplines together (without transition times) gets 1st place, next best time 2nd, etc..
The disciplines have to be completed in order: Run 1, Bike, Run 2.
ZWOW Triathlon
Complete for time:
Row: 4.000 meters, Tempus Fugit route, TT bike, no FTP boost, or using Concept2 Ergdata app with upload to Strava + PM3/4/5 monitor image/picture
Bike: Greatest London Flat, 23.6 km, elevation gain 163 m, 1 lap, TT bike
Run: 5.0 km, any route, treadmill or outside
Time cut off: 2 hours 30 minutes

Time cut off explanation
You must complete all 3 events in either Duathlon or Triathlon inside the time cut off. Time starts with the start of your first event (Run 1 or Row) and ends when you finish your last event (Run 2 or Run for Triathlon).
Example:
Run 1 start time: 03:00 PM, 25 minutes to complete
Bike start time: 03:30 PM, 1 hour to complete
Run 2 end time: 04:59 PM, 15 minutes to complete
Total time needed to complete all 3 events: 1 hour 59 minutes, results time: 1 hour 40 minutes. 21 minutes left for time cut off.
Transition time(s): 19 minutes.
